Terms and Conditions:
1. General Information
Moncho Biltong is a New Zealand-based food business operating under the Food Act 2014. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Products & Pricing
We aim to keep product descriptions, ingredients, and pricing accurate, but details may occasionally change. Prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. We accept major debit and credit cards. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within New Zealand using trusted couriers. Delivery times vary depending on location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Moncho isn’t responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because biltong is a perishable product, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund where appropriate.
6. Allergens & Ingredients
Our biltong contains beef and spices and may include traces of barley (from malt vinegar). Please check the ingredient list if you have food allergies or intolerances.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is used only to process orders and improve our service. We never sell or share your details with third parties.
